Standard UK and European Delivery: 2-4 days. Earlier delivery options are also available. Please Note: Mainland Europe Countries may be subject to further internal custom checks which may delay delivery by a few days

For orders requested with next day delivery, orders must be placed before 5pm. 

Worldwide Deliveries in all other locations: 4-5 days. Please Note: International deliveries may be subject to further internal custom checks which may delay delivery by a few days

Returns Policy

All of our products can be returned within 30 days after the deliver date. In order to return a product,  please Request a Return through the 'Order Received' email once your order has been received by you. We will then create and send a return label to you.  Alternatively you could email us first at support@steel-hammer.com. In order for us to process the return you will need to do the following:

1) Provide a reason for the return (e.g. product quality is not as expected, the product has not arrived, damaged etc).

2) If the product is damaged/defective or the wrong size, please take a picture of the product and attach it to the email. 

3) Please include the order name and tracking number in the email itself. 

4) The product must be in re-sellable condition. 

5) Once the return has been approved/confirmed, we will respond via email, to provide the return label.

Returns can take up to 5 days to process.
